Adoption Support & Application

We are honored that you would allow us to be a part of your adoption journey. All applications are welcome, but due to limited funding, we are unable to award grants to all qualified applicants. Funding priority will be given, but not limited, to families with the greatest financial need who complete the application process with integrity, establishing that they are equipped to provide a child with a loving home consistent with our founding principles and understanding of Scripture.

Step 1: Before You Apply

You must be home study approved to apply.
If you are working through an adoption consultant, you cannot apply for a grant until you have finalized your placement agency, whose core practices and values must align with our Statement of Faith.
Before beginning the application process, please review our Statement of Faith.
Applications cannot be submitted for:
- Embryo adoptions
- Adoptions for which placement has occurred
- Adoptions for which an application has already been submitted
Collect the following pieces of information (please black out social security numbers):
- Church address, phone, pastor’s email address, and website
- IRS tax information (W2 and 1040 or 1099 forms) for the last two years
- Annual budget information for both income and expenses
- Name, phone, and email of your adoption agency and caseworker
- Your home study
- Family or referral photos (optional)

Step 2: The Application Process

The complete application process is online. After you submit the application below, you will be required to email documents, including your home study and tax documents.
You must request references from your pastor and your adoption agency. We recommend notifying your pastor and caseworker that they will receive an email to reply with the needed information. It will be your responsibility to ensure the references are completed.
After the application is submitted and references are received, an initial review will be conducted to ensure the application is complete. If additional information is required, you will be notified by email. You will receive an email with further details and dates when your application is accepted.
All applicants will receive an email from Always Endure regarding the outcome of their application.
Due to funding limitations, we will be unable to fund every application received.
If you are awarded a grant, funds will be sent directly to the adoption agency.
