The Joe Family

Our first respite vacation recipients of 2026 were Jennifer Joe and her husband. Our board chose them to vacation at the beach house in Dauphin Island in May. Jennifer has been enduring treatment for Leiomyosarcoma.

“The vacation was wonderful. The home is beautiful. The location of the beach house is in a quiet and peaceful area of Dauphin Island. The restaurants on the island serve great food and all have great customer service. We enjoyed our time on the beach as well as traveling over to Mobile to sightsee. We also enjoyed touring the Dauphin Island Aquarium! I have recommended Dauphin Island to everybody since we have returned because it is such a peaceful yet fun place to visit… Thank you all so much for choosing us and making it such a memorable vacation!”
